Looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our team of electricians. In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting system issues. You may also be required to maintain and repair the electrical equipment used on-site.

Requirements for Visa:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
2. Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
3. Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
4. Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
5. Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
6. Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
7. Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site.
8. Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.
9. Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
10. Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site.

Requirements and skills:

1. Experience as an electrical supervisor.
2. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
6. Advanced troubleshooting skills.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. A good eye for detail.
