Looking for a Food Delivery Driver. A food delivery driver is responsible for transporting food orders from restaurants or food service establishments to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong time management, customer service skills, and the ability to navigate efficiently.

Requirements:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

• Work Permit Processing time is 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Picking up food orders from restaurants or food service establishments.
2. Ensuring orders are complete and correct before leaving the establishment.
3. Delivering food orders to customers' specified addresses within the expected time frame.
4. Navigating efficiently using maps, GPS devices, or other navigation tools.
5. Providing excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and courteous during interactions with customers.
6. Handling customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional manner.
7. Collecting payments from customers if required and ensuring accurate handling of cash or card transactions.
8. Providing customers with receipts when necessary.
9. Keeping the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
10. Performing basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fuel levels.
11. Following all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving.
12. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain the quality of food during transport.
13. Reporting any issues or delays to the employer or dispatcher.
14. Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents that occur during deliveries.

Requirements and skills:

1. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
2. Proficiency in operating different types of vehicles if required (e.g., cars, scooters, bicycles).
3. Strong ability to manage time efficiently and deliver orders promptly.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and routes.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
7. Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.
8. Ability to use GPS devices and other navigation tools effectively.
9. Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying food orders, and walking or biking if necessary.
10. Ensuring orders are complete and accurate before delivery.
