Looking for a Gold Mining Labourer. As a Gold Mining Labourer, you’ll be an integral part of the mining team, providing essential support to skilled tradespeople on gold mining projects. Your role involves various tasks related to general labour, safety, and site maintenance.

Company Facilities:

• Health Coverage: The company will provide basic health coverage for each worker whilst in Laos GOVT Hospital.
• Accommodation: The company will provide appropriate shared accommodation for each worker free supply of water and electricity.
• Transportation: The company will provide transportation from the work side to staying own.

Visa Application Requirements:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
•  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
•  Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
•  Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
•  Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with site preparation and clearance.
2. Maintain overall site tidiness.
3. Operate tools and equipment as needed.
4. Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
5. Collect samples for analysis.
6. Help maintain site safety and security.
7. Identify hazards, defects, and areas needing adjustment or repair.
8. Ensure compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and regulations.
9. Communicate effectively with the Line Manager and other site workers.
10. Perform tasks assigned by the Line Manager within specified time limits.
11. Use your initiative to address tasks as they arise.

Requirements and skills:

1. Physical Fitness: As a mining laborer, you’ll engage in physically demanding tasks. Being fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) is crucial.
2. Safety Awareness: A safety-first attitude is essential. You’ll need to follow safety protocols, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Teamwork: Mining operations involve collaboration. You should work well with others, communicate effectively, and be attentive to instructions.
