Requirements for visa application:

 Processing Time:

  • Processing time is 3 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning Guest Rooms: Hotel housekeepers are responsible for thoroughly cleaning and tidying guest rooms. This includes making beds, changing bed linens, and ensuring all surfaces are dust-free.
  2. Bathroom Sanitization: Housekeepers clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. They restock toiletries such as soap and shampoo.
  3. Vacuuming and Sweeping: Keeping the floors clean is essential. Housekeepers vacuum carpets, sweep hard floors, and mop as needed.
  4. Furniture Polishing: They dust and polish furniture, ensuring it looks appealing and well-maintained.
  5. Lost and Found: When guests leave items behind, housekeepers collect them and take them to the lost and found desk for retrieval by the owner.
  6. Maintenance Reporting: Housekeepers observe the condition of the room, including light bulbs and furniture. If anything needs repair, they promptly notify the technical or maintenance department.
  7. Common Areas Cleaning: Housekeeping extends beyond guest rooms. Housekeepers also maintain cleanliness in corridors, lobby areas, hallways, and staircases by vacuuming carpets and cleaning furniture and windows.
  8. Laundry Duties (Optional): In some hotels, housekeepers may work in the laundry department, washing and drying linens like towels and sheets. They may also restock linen carts.
