Looking for a Hotel Maintenance Technician. A Hotel Maintenance Technician, also known as a Hotel Maintenance Worker, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of hotel facilities. They are responsible for maintaining various hotel equipment, ensuring guest comfort, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Processing time is 3 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Hotel Maintenance Technicians carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance activities on hotel equipment and tools. This includes lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery, appliances, and systems.
  2. Equipment Shut-Off Valves: They locate and work on shut-off valves for all equipment, ensuring safety and efficient operation.
  3. Inventory Management: Organizing maintenance inventory and requesting supplies and parts as needed.
  4. Trade Skills: Mastery of at least three trade skills, such as electronic systems and controls, mechanical repairs, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and general building management.
  5. Guest Interaction: Welcoming and acknowledging guests, assisting persons with disabilities, and providing excellent customer service.
  6. Building Maintenance: Managing the maintenance, replacement, or repairs of mechanical equipment (e.g., motors, pumps) and other areas like ice machines, fitness rooms, hot tubs, and swimming pools.
  7. Preventative Maintenance: Performing annual, quarterly, and monthly preventative maintenance activities.
  8. Safety and Asset Protection: Ensuring the safety of company assets and adhering to quality standards.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic systems, mechanical repairs, and kitchen equipment.
  2. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
  3. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts.
