Looking for a Hotel Receptionist. A Hotel Receptionist, also known as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, plays a crucial role in the hospitality industry. They work in the reception area of hotels or motels, ensuring smooth guest experiences.

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit Processing time is 3 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries from prospective and existing guests.
  2. Guest Reservations: Assist guests with booking rooms and suites.
  3. Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process.
  4. Credit Card Transactions: Process payments for lodging, room service, and other hotel expenses.
  5. Wake-Up Calls: Provide wake-up calls to guests as requested.
  6. Guest Requests and Complaints: Address guest queries and handle complaints professionally.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest charges (e.g., room service, spa services).
  8. Room Assignments: Assign rooms to arriving guests.
  9. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  10. Liaising with Housekeeping: Coordinate with housekeeping staff to prepare clean and furnished rooms.
  11. VIP Services: Arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Experience: Prior work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist is advantageous.
  2. Familiarity with Payment Methods: Knowledge of payment processing and credit card verification.
  3. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts.
  6. Upselling: Ability to promote additional facilities and services.
