Looking for a 5-star Hotel Receptionist.  As a Hotel Receptionist in a 5-star hotel, your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for guests. A Hotel Receptionist, also known as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, works in the reception area of a hotel or motel.

 

Only Nepal and Indian Nationality Can Apply.

Requirement For Visa:

  •  Passport Validity (1 year).
  •  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  •  Updated CV.
  •  Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Experience in physical work and Skilled Work.
  • 5-Star Hotel Worker Experience Jobs.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work Permit Processing Time 4 -6 Weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures.
  2. Verify payment methods during check-in.
  3. Assign rooms to guests and inform them about any special offers.
  4. Receive and manage reservations made online and via phone.
  5. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
  6. Greet all guests warmly and maintain a positive attitude.
  7. Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  8. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and complaints.
  9. Maintain accurate records of guest charges (room service, pay-per-view, spa services, etc.).
  10. Create invoices and manage guest bookings.
  11. Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
  12. Answer incoming telephone calls from prospective and existing guests.
  13. Transfer phone calls to guest rooms.
  14. Provide wake-up calls as requested.
  15. Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
  16. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean, well-furnished rooms.
