Responsibilities:
Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Store cleaned items in their designated locations.
Maintain walls, ceiling tiles, and floors by regular mopping and sweeping.
Dispose of trash daily.
Keep track of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
Stock shelves with necessary items.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Stand for extended periods while preparing food, cleaning dishes, or cooking meals.
Lift heavy objects and work in hot and humid conditions.
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Pay close attention to details to complete tasks accurately.
Ensure all food items are accounted for during inventory management.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
Assist chefs and other kitchen staff during food preparation and serving.
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
