Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. A Maintenance Supervisor is a professional responsible for coordinating all installation, maintenance, and repair work at buildings or large complexes. They manage teams composed of workers who execute tasks according to project requirements. Additionally, they maintain equipment relevant to each site they oversee.

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit Processing time is 3 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect Facilities: Periodically inspect facilities to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
  2. Schedule Maintenance: Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the team.
  3. Recruit and Train Technicians: Hire, supervise, and train maintenance technicians.
  4. Supervise Tradesmen: Oversee tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (such as electricians and plumbers).
  5. Building Systems Maintenance: Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
  6. Budgeting and Compliance: Contribute to the development of maintenance budgets and ensure compliance.
  7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
  8. Project Coordination: Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g., renovations).
  9. Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.).
  2. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
  3. Budgeting and Leadership: Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
  4. Planning and Detail-Oriented: Excellent planning and leadership abilities, with an eye for detail.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Education: High school diploma; a degree from a vocational school is a plus.
  7. Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred.
