Looking for a Meat Factory Worker. The Meat Processing Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the processing of meat products. This includes but is not limited to cutting, trimming, deboning, and packaging meat. The role requires adherence to food safety and quality standards to ensure the production of high-quality meat products.

Requirements:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work Permit Processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Cut, trim, and debone meat according to specifications.
  2. Operate cutting equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  3. Process meat products according to production requirements.
  4. Package meat products for shipping and sale, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  5. Inspect meat products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  6. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
  7. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  9. Comply with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  10. Perform routine maintenance on processing equipment.
  11. Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
  12. Assist with inventory management, including the tracking of raw materials and finished products.
  13. Participate in regular stock checks and inventory counts.
  14. Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proficiency in using meat processing equipment and tools.
  2. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  3. Ability to read and follow specifications and instructions.
  4. Ability to stand for extended periods.
  5. Capacity to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  6. Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise cutting and trimming.
  7. A keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring product quality.
  8. Accuracy in cutting and trimming to meet specifications.
  9. Understanding of safety protocols and willingness to follow them.
  10. Awareness of the importance of maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  11. Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  12. Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
  13. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
