Looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

 

Requirement For Visa Applications:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearence Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  •    Work permit processing time is 4-6 Weeks.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  2. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  4. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc).
  5. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  6. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  7. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  8. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

 

 

Requirement and skills:

  1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc).
  6. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  7. High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
