Looking for a Receptionist. As a receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, both in person and over the phone. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of the organization. You will handle inquiries, direct phone calls, and perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office or facility. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between various departments and individuals within the organization.

Visa Application Requirements:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  •  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  •  Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  •  Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  •  Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization, its products, services, or policies.
  4. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area, including keeping the lobby and waiting areas tidy.
  6. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients.
  7. Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  8. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  9. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  10. Assist with special projects, events, or other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, telephones, and printers.
  8. Familiarity with basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy.
  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
