Looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.

Room attendant responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms. You will also address clients’ queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean and inviting at all times. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Visa Application Requirements:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
•  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
•  Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
•  Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
•  Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks

Responsibilities:

1. Change bed linen and make beds
2. Replace used towels
3. Sweep and mop floors
4. Vacuum carpets
5. Dust furniture
6. Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
7. Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
8. Clean public areas, like corridors
9. Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
10. Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
11. Help guests retrieve lost items
12. Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
13. Follow hotel security guidelines

Requirements and skills:

1. Work experience as a Room Attendant.
2. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
3. Good physical health and stamina
4. Flexibility to work in shifts
5. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
6. Excellent organization skills
7. Ability to follow instructions
8. A high school diploma is a plus
