Looking for a Sales Representative. A sales rep interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and construction Work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  8. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  9. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  10. Continuously improve through feedback.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  4. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  5. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  6. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  9. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
