Looking for a Shopping Center Cleaner. As a Shopping Center Cleaner, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and food courts. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal, as well as ensuring restrooms are stocked and sanitary. You'll also handle spills, operate cleaning equipment, and report any maintenance issues. Strong attention to detail and physical stamina are essential, along with effective communication and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements For Visa Application:

Responsibilities:

  1. General Cleaning:

    • Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and food courts.
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
    • Dust and polish surfaces, including tables, countertops, and fixtures.
  2. Trash Removal:

    • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
    • Ensure trash areas are kept tidy and organized.
  3. Restroom Maintenance:

    • Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap).
    • Address any restroom maintenance issues, such as leaks or broken fixtures, and report them to the supervisor.
  4. Floor Care:

    • Clean spills and stains promptly to prevent slips and falls.
    • Maintain and operate floor cleaning equipment as needed (e.g., buffers, carpet cleaners).
  5. Customer Service:

    • Provide assistance and respond courteously to customer inquiries about the facility.
    • Address any immediate cleaning or maintenance issues reported by customers.
  6. Safety and Compliance:

    • Follow safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Reporting:

    • Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or supply needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
    • Complete cleaning checklists and documentation as required.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Experience and Knowledge:

    • Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not always required.
    • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment is advantageous.
