Looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearence Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  2. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
  3. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  4. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  5. Conducts training.
  6. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
  7. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  8. Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
  9. Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
  10. Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
  11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
