 Looking for a Textile  Engineer.A textile engineer is a professional who researches and studies textile materials, including fibers, yarn and fabrics, to design quality products and determine new production techniques. For example, textile engineers may develop heat-resistant fabric for firefighter uniforms or create biomedical materials for artificial organs. Textile engineers can work in many areas of textile manufacturing, including research and development, production, sales, quality control, or management.

 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  2. Developing fibers.
  3. Determining materials.
  4. Improving manufacturing processes.
  5. Performing quality control.
  6. Collaborating with other teams.

 

 

Requirement and skills:

  1. Understanding of textile materials, including fibers, yarns, fabrics, and finishes.
  2. Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, such as spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
  3. Understanding the properties and behavior of different textile materials, including natural and synthetic fibers.
  4. Expertise in process engineering and optimization for various stages of textile production.
  5. Knowledge of textile chemistry, including dyeing and finishing processes.
  6. Skills in quality control and assurance to ensure the final textile products meet specified standards.
  7. Understanding of machinery used in textile manufacturing and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
  8. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) for designing and optimizing textile processes.
  9. Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental considerations in textile manufacturing.
  10. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
  11. Ability to identify and solve problems related to textile production processes and quality issues.
  12. Project management skills to oversee and coordinate various aspects of textile manufacturing projects.
