As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes to meet customer preferences and restaurant standards. Your role involves managing the grill station, ensuring the quality and presentation of grilled foods, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will work in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

 

Visa Processing & Document Requirements:

  1. Valid Passport (With at least 1 year of validity remaining)
  2. Passport-sized Photographs (4 Copies with a white background 35mm ×45 mm)
  3. Updated Professional CV.
  4.  Age Up to 18-45 years.
  5. Medical Certificate (If applicable)
  6. Police Clearance Certificate (Require Croatia embassy attestation if needed)
  7. Employment Contract (Provided by the employer in Croatia)
  8. Proof of Accommodation in Croatia
  9. Proof of Financial Means (Bank statements or sponsor letter)
  10. Work Visa Application Form (Completed and signed)
  11. Travel Insurance (Meeting the minimum required by Croatian authorities)

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time: 6-8 weeks.
    (Depending on the documentation, embassy processing times, and individual circumstances. Early application is recommended to ensure timely processing).
     
  • Online interviews are mandatory for job applicants.
  • The company provides accommodation and transportation.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook grilled dishes, including meats, vegetables, and seafood, according to recipes and customer specifications.
  2. Manage and maintain the grill station, ensuring all equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  3. Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet restaurant standards.
  4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  6. Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking grill-related ingredients and supplies.
  7. Train and guide junior kitchen staff in grill techniques and safety procedures.

 

Requirement and skills:

  1. Proficiency in grilling techniques and experience with various types of grills.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
