Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning: Assist in washing and cleaning the kitchen area.
  2. Dishwashing: Handle washing dishes and utensils.
  3. Stock Rotation: Ensure proper rotation and control of stock, including food labeling within specific kitchen sections.
  4. Ingredient Prep: Help prepare ingredients for various dishes, beverages, and cocktails.

  7. Sanitization: Disinfect the entire kitchen to meet health and safety standards.

  9. Inventory Management: Maintain kitchen inventory, purchase ingredients, and organize storage.
  10. Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the Health and Safety Act 1974 and Food Hygiene regulations.
  11. Adherence: Follow all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  12. Personal Grooming: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
  13. Effective Team Member: Work effectively as part of a team and individually.
