Responsibilities:

1. Planning menus that are nutritious, tasty, and suitable for the camp environment.
2. Ordering, storing, and managing food supplies and equipment.
3. Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for large groups of people.
4. Adapting to different dietary needs and preferences, such as allergies, vegetarianism, or gluten-free.
5. Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
6. Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dining area, and utensils.
7. Supervising and training kitchen staff or volunteers.
8. Working with camp directors and other staff to coordinate meal times and activities.

Requirement and skills:

1.  Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a camp or similar setting.
2.  Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
3.  Ability to work with limited resources and under challenging conditions.
4.  Creativity and flexibility to improvise and adapt to changing situations.
5.  Current food handler's certificate or equivalent.
6.  First aid and CPR certification.
