3. Present menus to customers.

5. Offer menu recommendations when requested.
6. Highlight the day’s specials.
7. Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.
8. Create an inviting dining environment.
9. Accurately record food and beverage orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, order slips, or memorization.
10. Communicate order details promptly to the kitchen staff.
11. Serve food and drink orders efficiently.
12. Collect bills and process payments.
