As a Waiter/Waitress in a kebab shop, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your role will involve greeting customers, guiding them through the menu, delivering orders to tables, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Work experience certificate.
  • Educational certificate.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the kebab shop and seat them at tables or take their orders at the counter.
  2. Present menus and provide recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
  3. Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
  4. Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring orders are complete and presented attractively.
  5. Check-in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
  6. Prepare and set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments before guests arrive.
  7. Clear tables efficiently after guests finish their meals, and reset tables for the next customers.
  8. Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and provide receipts to customers.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs, and sweeping floors.
  10. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service and a positive overall dining experience.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service roles is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
  2. Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and serving.
  5. Knowledge of basic food and beverage service etiquette.
  6. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
  7. Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments.
  8. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in the restaurant industry.
